how do you get that window in askin wether to have hunter trash master and infinite health ?/?? and can u get a plane ?

You need a psp ar max cheating system to do that im afraid.

Yeh, you can get a plane...
You need a cheat device which can be downloaded at maxbot. Just scroll down and there's a whole load of stuff about it...

and ive looked and cant find nething could u send it me through msn or sumet

No, 'tis free...
Just follow these links to download it:
US/Canada version 0.6a: CheatDevice06aUS.zip
UK/EU version 0.6a: CheatDevice06aUK.zip
Unzip the archive to your memory card so the files go in PSP/SAVEDATA/ULUS10041S0 if you're installing the US version, PSP/SAVEDATA/ULES00151S0 for the UK version. This replaces the first save on the card.
To start CheatDevice, simply load it like a saved game. You can then load another save if you want and CheatDevice stays in memory.
WARNING:
THIS CAN CRASH YOUR GAME. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. USE 333MHZ AT YOUR OWN RISK! Don't save your game after using this.

Erm...I wouldn't advise it, it could wreck your save file, but then again, that's what happened to me in San Andreas so...it's up to you...
