That's the reason I probably won't download any demos (until I get 8MB put in at least). The only alternative is Official Xbox 360 Magazine, but thats £6 and Issue 3 only had 2 demos. Not bad you might think, but consider this. PC Gamer DVD costs £6 and comes with as much as 40 demos each month.

I have 8MB and when my friend brought their 360 over, (on day of release) he managed to download 3 Xbox demos (about 600MB each) in the space of about an hour. I tried downloading a 30MB arcade demo yesterday at 7pm and it took me 20 minutes.
So a 2MB or 8MB connection makes no difference nowadays unless you d/l at 3am or until Micro$oft upgrade their servers.

I got the demo, quite awesome, gave me a good view of real game, so i bought it, which was my plan from the start anyways
