Victory road cave...How do we get through?

okay so I was wondering. I have got all the badges and from what I know got everything but when I go up to victory road and go in the cave. I can't get through. Theres a big rock wall blocking my way. Or when I use strength to move the rocks it can't go all the way through. What and where do I need to get so that I can get through? From what I know I have solved all problems. Can you help me please.

push the rock onto the weird little circle thing, it lifts the barrier thats up the steps
