I have played both Fifa 07 and Pro Evo 6 and they are both very good with fifa concentrating on gameplay and kits and Pro Evo with pretty much everything.

The best game ever made. Of course some minor errors. Some stuff thst is quite impossible to have perfect. The referees suck. There should be a trick so you can lift the ball over your own head. A trick so you could start bouncing the ball.
