I have had the same problem as one of the other reviewers who gave it 1/10. My halo 2 limited edition was dispatched on the 15/11 and tommorow is the 25/11 which is 10 days and still no delivery. What i do find strange is that another, less popular game...

Ordered Gran Turismo 4 Prologue from them and received the automated email immediately confirming the order with a tracking number.
