pro evoluton 5 has got to be one of the best ever football games of all time on the ps2. i am normaly a fifa person myself or an LMA player but when my friends told me about this game and i played it for the first time at my m8s house i raided my money box and went straight out and bought it. ive never actually played the pro evo 1 or 2 or 3 or 4before but ive been told that they are nothing compared to this and even if they had close to it .what a game that would have been. it never fails to inpress the whole game is a football fans dream.i would say the only fault about this game is the names of the teams but i have been told this is due to copy right but it does give you the option in the edit section of the game to change the players teams names back to what they are in real life. Ill tell you some stuff about this game.
it has 57 national teams on it with all the players (with the right names).
The leagues La liga and seria A all the teams names and players names are right. (there might be other leagues but i wasnt 100% sure about them so i didnt want to put them in). The graphics to this game are great the players in my opinion look exactly alike but ive been told that they havnt really changed to much to the pro evolution soccer 4 game. But i still think they are great.The manager mode is great you can take your up and coming stars of a team you`ve edited or a team in the bottom half of the preimership and have not hardly any chance of winning any thing to a team with the chance to compete with the bests of this game. Have a challene put the games mode on 5 stars and see if you are the best at this game or maybe if you are not the best player or you jst fill like whipping some rubbish team then thats fine to on this game. You can put your team in the divison of your choice and go at the game at your own pace 5mins eaach way or 30mins each way its up to you. The other stuff i like about this game is that there are actually referees on the pitch unlike any of the fifa games i have played. There are lines men and one of the best things is thatt before some games you can pick who you want to be the referee. but i dnt think there any english refs on there . I also like the fact you can play penalty shoot out against the computer or against a friend or family member and you dnt hav to hav competed in a match you can jst play a penalty shoot out when ever you like. In the shop you can unlock plenty of stuff .this can only be done through season mode. The shop includeds virtual tours around stadiums, a new 6 star game that is really hard but if you can win that then you are won of the best and you should probaly play online against other players.Usint the newtwork that can be applied on the game. U can also unlock classic teams that include england and brazil new training grounds, New stadium, The effect on the ball, And the ball type. But probaly my faviourite thing about this games is the editing part where you can choose from loads of hairstyles, beards and my faviurite the gaol celebratinons pick from loads of great goal celebrations that all your heroes do after they score. My best advie to you would to be to go out and buy this game because it is quality and i am really looking 4ward to next years one and to see the games in the years to come.
