i have always loved the settlers. traditionally at home on the pc, because of the more intuitive control scheme. however, ubisoft have done a pretty good job of porting this classic game. there are a couple of issues, like the touch screen isnt quite as responsive as created-for-ds games, and the mouse pointer appears on the game world occasionally (bit sloppy Ubi). but overall, im very glad to be able to play classic settlers on my ds. a very deep strategic experience awaits. im glad its settlers 2 they ported and not one of the later ones, because to my mind when they did away with roads, and introduced rts style control of the troops, they lost some of the magic that made me love settlers in the first place.
