Personally this game is the epitemy of awsome in terms of graphics I mean we are talking Final Fantasy Movie quality. Even though there is that thing where the grass looks 2-d from the side or the flowers do. The landscape that you can see, like the castle in the begining after you leave the sewers, is probally the first thing you are going to notice. I sat there for 15mins just looking at it and forgot that it wasnt real(partially because someone attacked me). The combat system in this game as usual is the best combat system for a 3rd and 1st person view(although I use 3rd when I am traveling and 1st when fighting or looking for a particular store). I also like that fact about these stones that you can find in your journey's that will imbue you with powers or completely new skills(I found one at the begining of the game for atronarch :)). Some shrines even give you back magicka or have a saying and give you power, sadly to get more you need more fame and I dont have enough. Although I havent figured a way to create my own spells I am deffenantly sure that there is a way, that was after all the coolest thing in the game as for magic that I saw... I even thought that it should be in other games I have played. The story I must say is much more intreging then the other one.
1. The villan isnt average like in the 3rd one(in this case villans).
2. People dont have crappy lines when they attack or insult you, same with gaurds.
3. Finally there are classes worth choosing instead of going custom.
4. Now being a fighter is just as fun and easy as being a mage was!
About the crime system and all.. I really dont like it that much just because even when I traveled to an entirley different city and talked to a gaurd I had to give up 100 gold for accidently stealing something that I thought Rafuerr was giving to me when he resupply's you. Also the fact that the stupid store cleks and/or owner's now follow you around so you cant steal anything! Although they are esiely trickable, I just didnt have the guts to risk it all since there was a lady at the door even though she wasnt facing me.
The map is kinda confusing because there was a symbol that I was intrested in so I went to check it out, apparently its a piece of dirt on the ground that has nothing to do with anything. That kept me occupied for a while. Also the fact that the cities are so far apart and I can find any way to travel except through the wilderness in which I would die in since I used up all my potions already. Whoopse. I also mounted a horse which I didnt know was illegal till a priest starting beating me and then I told him to yield.
For some reason my magicka doesnt regenarate when someone hits me(this is because I chose atranorch) which I thought said in the atronarch "150% mgicka absorbtion then transmitted to own magicka on hit" or something like that.
Also the signs in this game are all pratically useless except for once again, The Atronarch. Yea I dont know if they noticed but getting some strength and 25% weakness to fire isnt really helpfull. Also that tower one where you can lockpick slightly better at the begining. My lockpicking is already at 14 or something and I am a NightBlade. Strange cause now the theif seems completely useless in the game.
There is also a bunch of place you'll run into in the beggining like forts that you think are safe and when you go in 5 feet later you get mauled.
All in all this game is just awsome and these complaints dont put a dent into my fun. My rating? 10/10! :)
