It's a great game, with an almost never ending amount of open ended game-play. Like missions, do those, like racing, it's got that too. Even if you could care less about anything else and just go on a crazy rampage through the streets, Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories has that too.

One of the best parts though is multiplayer, and since on the PSP, all you need is a friend with a PSP to play multiplayer, go crazy. There's tons of stuff to do in multiplayer, and if you ever get bored of that, which I doubt you will, you can always go back to your mindless rampage, or walking to get that 100% completion you've been chasing all this time.
