metal gear solid is one of my favourite playstation one games even with all the ps2 games i still play it.
metal gear two made me love konami and the series even more and when i heard about the third i almost fainted
with this one you dont follow in the same footsteps as solid snake
you take on the roll of the big boss....
though they look the same the years are different and in this it explains in more detail about the patriots and the characters.
the characters in this game are really well done plus you can almost see the resemblance between young ocelot and old ocelot theyre still good with guns but hes just a kid the now :p
unlike the other games this one took a new perspective on the camera and chose to go in a different direction which many folk complained about i wasnt too bothered about it i stil completed the game.
i wasnt one of these people who after completing it on normal went out and tried european extreme infact i didnt even play it again because i didnt find it too intresting to play the storyline was great but the gameplay was not one i would play for the rest of my life unlike the other two. its the sort of game you will complete and then a couple of weeks later will delete your save and start again to see if you can remember how to do it, without the help from the walkthroughs ;).
but with subsistience coming out they are giving back the old camera so i hear some sighs of releif
