This game is a class act. Im more of an Age of Empires kinda player but this was just amazing. The idea of having a turn based campaign game with a real time battle game works beautifully. It give you the time you want to work out a strategy with the fast paced action people crave in combat. the control of the troops in the battle game is slick and you'll have hours of fun sending troops in formation straight at the enemy and watching them hammer each other! a welll worked game with few draw backs. the only aspect i didnt like was the population happiness in the campaign side. it forces you to continually look at your settlements, you cant simply build them up and then forget them, although i suppose thats just becauyse ive played age of empires for too long!! another linked negative is the fact you cant control squalor in your settlements but these are minor compared to the awesome overall package you get. truly a great game!!
