Would you want to represent your country, do you want to play for your team or even if you like to just score loads of goals and win the world cup for England or your country, then this is the game to buy to get one of the greatest football games on the PS2 to date. The controls of the games are very easy to use and even if you don't like them, you can change anything you want. You can compete in different leagues, which include the English Premiership, La Liga and many others like the Dutch, French and many other wonderful leagues. There are also cups such as the World Cup, European cup and many others, which can take time to complete and enjoy. You can also compete in Pro Evo’s most original idea called the master league which they have had right through the different games, this is where you can make your own team and try and win the Wefa Championships and become the best team in the world, also in the master league, you can train your player and make young players gain experience and with a great manager, you can create some wonderful players such as Babel and Baumjohann. You can also create yourself by editing and creating other player by changing names and making transfer from team to team, you can even play for your country which ! It is a great edition to the game. And if you think that is detailed, you can even choose your goal celebration and even make your own created player's boots, which give the game its own sense of originality. Also throughout the Pro Evolution series, they have introduced the PES Shop. This is where you buy players teams and other great editions to add more detail to the game; you can buy classic players such as Maradona, Pele, Aston and even Ravenelli. If you complete leagues or win tournaments, you gain PES points where you can then buy players. Some extras include Double Speed match and Ball effect where the ball has a trail on replays. After each game you play, you gain 50 PES points and every player on the field get a rating. This carries on when you look in the records section in the master league, the best 5 players from all the leagues get onto the table by getting the best average, if you are the top of that then you get a chance of getting player of the year and maybe your WEFA Ranking might go up if you play him regularly. At ! certain
points during the Master League, You get transfer periods where you can buy and exchange players, also at the end of the season, play some friendly teams such as the Goalkeepers where every player on the team is a Keeper. This makes the game enjoyable even though the league has finished. This game has some really original ideas but the hardest idea to introduce into the game was to create your own tactics. Pro Evo has made this possible where by at a press of a button, you can go on counter attack or play for the offside trap. I love this new feature because you can out-tactic your opponent by player as many as 4 tactics at any one time. I also love all the skill you can do. You can do things like drop shoulder, Stepovers and even the Ronaldinho trick where he flicks it both ways. With the right players on this game, nothing is impossible. I think this game is really good if you are a football fan and I can never get tired of it, I personally think this is better then FIFA because I prefer the graphics and gameplay. And now there is even a new upgrade where you can get all the new kits and transfers. But the best thing about this game is that it is online play. You can play with the best people in the world and anything is possible.
