I think thought that when i bought it it was going to be axcatly the same stlye as the other chapionship manager games but it isn't, eidos have taken football managing to a whole new level with this release, imo anyway.
I especially like the club benefactor, which is where you have somebody who owns your club, ( this person doesn't play a part in the game) and injects money into the club at the begining of your managerial career and sometimes later on in the game.
I think that the graphics could be improved a slight bit ; they are quite good though. It is good how you can change the speed you want your matches to be played because if you want to get through your game quite fast you can put the match speed up to fast, and if you want to watch your teams playing style and see how each player plays and works with the team and if they are doin what you want them to be doing without having to look at the ratings then you can have it on slow.
I think it is quite easy to buy players because they aren't at a very high value and each team starts off with a fair amount of money. Even more if you use the club benefactor option, which i do alot of the time. Selling players is easy aswell because what i do is i put them up for transfer and loan and then offer them to whoever is interested in them and you can get good money out of that if you choose not to use the club benefactor option.
I think that the game can last for along time since it is a management game because they tend to since you go through full seasons day by day.
I have the patch on oe of my computers for the game and i think it is good with the interational update alot of people have said that it has gave people problems and crashed there game alot so they have to save regularly but this has never happend to me. So far anyway.
I think that the skins are good on the game but i think eidos could make some improvements onthat though, like in football manager 2006 you can import your own skins onto the game since there is only the olds ones from championship manager 5 and a couple of news ones which have been put on in this version. Also i think it would be good if it had players faces on the game. That could probably help it get a higher mark.
My favourite oart of the game is club benefactor because you can get players like gabriel heinze and paul scholes to play for sunderland, it would be a good laugh to see that happen in real life, lol. Also my other favourite bit which is linked to the club benefactor part a bit is makin transfers in & out so you can make a team that will dominate the whole game. Until you play a rubbish team like Accrington Stanley and then you get whooped by them 10-0, its happend to me before.
My overall rating of this game is 8/10 because like i said the only things that could be improving is the skins and to have player faces on there profile if in the next version of the champpionship manager series it has these two things that i would reccommend then it would be a 10/10 hands down and i dont think that they could be a football managing game that would be better than this.
