A very solid and enjoyable racing game with the happy-clappy graphics you'd expect from a mario title. The power slides are easy to do but hard to master making it a very enjoyable learning curve. The several different difficulty levels really help the player to get better at the same speed as the game, therefore always keeping it challenging and fresh. There are a vast variety of single player modes from grand prix to battle but where the game really comes alive is in multiplayer mode. It is great to just link up with a freind and race. What is even more enjoyable is getting on the internet and having races with people from around the world. A very good racing game and my only complaint is the longetivity, without the multi-player or online modes you will have done just about everything in a couple of weeks. My advice is to get a load of mates who want to play or get yourself hooked up to the internet before buying this one.
