Pokemon . This game is taken off the show pokemon and is a big hit . The games are getting even bigger and all sorts of things related to pokemon was just gettinggood reputations. When i used to be into pokemon i had this game and like it at the time as i was into pokemon. If your wondering why there is many different colour versions then that is simply because theres many differt things on them. This one is red , this is a fire type , Meaning it is a fire pokemon game but it still has all other pokemon that you get. This game is the older version now theres many new ones like pokemon gold and silver and crystal . This game and other ones are the older version theres red , blue , yellow and green . They were all the same but yellow was a bit different as it was a bit newer then the other ones and it had a pikachu following you like in the actuall program. In the game you do many things like go in to places and get pokemon to get pokemon you have to weeken them with your pokemon and then when there weekened then you throw a pokeball at them and you should get them. If you have loads some will have to go into your computer and you can get them out from the poke centers. You are only allowed to carry 6 pokemon you can have less if you wish but 6 was the maximum. Also with your pokemon you had to do and battle the trainers the traininers that owen jims as they are the important ones. Because you get a badge of them and that means you can go onto the next gym.

At the start you start of in a small town called pallet town and this is where you begin your jorney. You have to first of all go to professor oke he is the one that has 3 pokeballs and you pick one the one you get will be your first pokemon. Also along side you there is your rival , gary he also starts his pokemon future same time as you . And at the start when you both choose a pokemon you get a battle with each other and as you go along in the game you meet him in different places and battle him . As you go further he gets harder and so should you. The best way of doing this is to train your pokemon against the trainers in the allys and paths and play against them. Or another good way is to play against the wild pokemon in the grass lands . These are the ones that can be captured.

Also another good thing about this game is you can play against other people like your mates . What you do is boh of you go to a poke center and then go to the one that says have a battle and go there in there you can exchange pokemon and have battles against each other. This is a good feature of the game and is really exciting when your playing a friend.

Overall this is a good game if you like pokemon you will really love this and i would advise any one who is into pokemon to get this as this is a good started one . There many other games but this one is still a legend of a game. So you could go for the newer ones but i think you should also ge this one as this has a really good things about pokemon . And as it is one of the older versions of the game it would be quite cheap so theres another good reason to get this game.
