The game focuses on the dangerous lives of two veteran undercove narcotics officers: Sonny Crockett and Ricardo Tubbs. Whichever characters u choose, u can team up with another person and do a WLAN bout against ur enemies.The game involves infiltrating underworld of south beach . The crucial element of success in Maimi are Drugs,cash and repuitation, mainly reputation tho..wde variety of drugs available (meth,coke,weed etc.) u have to trade with dealers and maybe the barons if ur rep. is high enough. One of my favourite part of the game is the soundtrack which has been kept from the original 1980's series, which is available on dvd now. The game is very realistic and has several features which make this game the best third-person shoot em up on the psp console. The graphic are 2nd to none and when u run, the screen moves to create the effect of u running. The beginning mssion is rather easy and gives you tate of whats to cum, but beware, once the first mssion is done, u will wnt to play FOREVER.The aim of the game is undermine all the criminal lords and make a rep. for urself. I personally feel the boat missions are the best, in which u hav to pilot high spped boats thtu miami seas and pceans. also, trading with drug dealers for info or weapons adds a sense of verisimilitude and the part where u have to gain entrance to a drug barons house and then finish the deal is brilliant.But the main aim of the game is to bring down the untouchable south amer ican drug lordwho is almost immune to conventional law-enforcement strategies. Choosing ur character at the beg inning of the game doesnt have a grate effect on the game but its all about personal favouritism. A helpful tip for the game is to use Freddie Luiz to ur benefit and make sure u use him well as he cud b a deciding factor in ur bout agaimnst baddies. I believe the hacking mini-game just tops the game off for me and also quizzes ur mind, but after a while can become boring. There is also the little facotr of clothing and being able to change for armour or rep is gd. Obsticles may also become a conceot of dying or surviving and use these to ur advantage . use them for cover and shuffle to the end to shoot at ur foes. Even tho gta lcs has a multip[layer where u can fight each other, the multiplayer for miami vice pits u and a friend against the villains and make u work as a team. tHE AGGRESSION FACTOR WHILEST DOING DEALS ALSO GIVE A SENSE OF REASLISM. The game loses most of the orginal parts from the old film but stays largely to the story line of the new film and is very easy to follow after watching and playing both. But the downfall will be the fact that the old series' r out on dvd and is different to the game depending on which film u watch. I feel the game cud hav dun wit h a bit more of a variety of missions insted of just boat and stealth mssions but these 2 can be enough for the beginners among u. The controls r easy to remember after a while but i believe hta lcs has the winning factoir after it enables u 2 drive cars whereas miami vice lacks that factor which i belive shud b briought into into the game if there is a sequel to follow up the succces of the game 8/10
