Around last December, I made myself go out and get THUG, thanks to Viva La Bam. (Anything to do with Bam Margera, and I'm all over it ^^) Buying a brand new game, about $50.00, I couldn't wait to get home and play it.
Of course, it was difficult and first, but aren't all new games? The graphics were pretty awesome, and the buildings, characters, cars, people and surroundings made you feel like you were actually there. I couldn't stop playing, which wasn't really a bad thing. It's extremely fun, addicting and funny, making one of my top 3 video games. The goals weren't too hard, but I found them to be just right, letting me beat the game in about 3 days of non-stop playing. One of my many favourite things about this game, is the music. It's introduced me to a lot of what are now my favourite bands! I did some research, and found out about them, and now I own a lot of their CD's. Anyway, if you don't own Tony Hawk's Underground, I strongly recommend you go out and not only rent it to see if you like it or not, but then buy it as well. It has all the thing I think are mandatory for a good video game, that keeps your attention, unlike some of the ones today, that loose you in a matter of minutes.
I am now off to explore Tony Hawk's Underground 2, which is about an 11, to me. The graphics are better, but the music is kind of disappointing! I hope more games like this are produced, instead some of the others out there today! Now go, play Tony Hawk's Underground!!
