Ok, some ca say that Vice City Stories is more of the same. That's true and that's great!!!
You can find some novelties, like great vehicles, the ability to fly helicopters and planes (you didn't have that in the PS2 Vice City). Besides, the story line is quite convincing (nothing like Liberty City Stories). The radio is even better that usual and *surprise*, you get to watch a full life song on concert during the game.
The only minus point is that you don't have explicit scenes in the game, like GTA3, but let's wait for the next chapter in GTA series for the PSP.
