Well, its been 5 months since the DS's release, and I have to say this is still the best game for the console at the moment.

General- Basically, you're Yoshi. You're told Mario, Luigi and Wario have gone into the castle, but not come out. Its your job to go find them, and use their unique abilities to progress. There are an added 50 stars, and many mini-games to unlock, which could warrant their own game.

Gameplay- two methods for the gameplay. The D-pad, which gives you 8 directions. If you're nostalgic, and like the good ol' 360 control, don't fear, the touch screen solves that little problem.
But there is one MAJOR niggle with touch screen control. Apart from the fact the circle/virtual analogue stick is a clear nurofen advert, :P
It doesnt stay in one place. It moves about the touch screen with you, causing major problems when that circle eventually reaches the edge of the touch screen. BUT don't let that get you down, beat the evil nurofen circle and you will have free flowing gameplay throughout.

Graphics- Superb. Is there any other word? Better than the N64 by a mile, mainly because of the smaller screen size.

Value- I spotted it for £20 the other day. Go buy. You're still here?

Lifespan- 150 stars? the ability to quick-grab your favourite stars? 36 mini-games? SINGLE CART MULTIPLAYER!?! This is gonna last quite a while dudes.

Sounds- IT'S A ME MARIO! Classic tunes from start to finish, like listening to sheer bliss...
