This is a fantastic game. I would highly recommend buying it. The graphics are great, definitely as good or better as the original game on the Nintendo 64. There are quite a few impressive changes though. For example, you can play as Yoshi, Luigi, Mario, or Wario in this game. Just to warn you, you only get Yoshi at the beginning and you have to work through the game to get the other characters. I do believe there are more stars in this game. It does get difficult after you get about 60 or 70 though.But other than that the story line has been extended, there are certain goals that you have to use certain characters to complete, and overall it is just a much better game than the first one and one of the greatest games for the DS this far.
