Two of the nineteenth century’s most famous icons finally meet in this adventure title that pits Sherlock Holmes against Jack the Ripper.

With two mythic characters attached to one era, it’s surprising the minds of Sherlock Holmes and Jack the Ripper were yet to meet in the modern video game world. In 1888, London’s Whitechapel is plagued by a series of gruesome murders local police are struggling to solve. With Holmes now on the case, it’s up to the great detective to track down the Ripper and reveal his true identity.

Rather than play in the static environments adventure games traditionally provide, Sherlock Holmes vs Jack the Ripper Xbox 360 allows players to switch between two perspectives: a third-person mode for exploration and first-person for more up-close investigation. Players can switch between Sherlock Holmes and his ever-loyal friend Doctor Watson during play. 30 other authentic characters are also on hand during the game to interrogate during the search for Jack.
