Manufacturers Description

You assume the roles of Obi-wan Kenobi, Qui-Gon Jinn, Queen Amidala, and Captain Panaka. The game follows the plot of the film in nearly every scene, the only exceptions being the omission of the space battles and the pod racing sequences. The action is viewed from an overhead, over-the-shoulder perspective, which changes depending on which way you are looking.

The gameplay is balanced between adventure sections that are packed with action and puzzle sections. The Phantom Menace is like a 3D free roaming beat-em-up with lightsabres and blasters. If you are quick enough you can reflect laser shots with your lightsaber, very useful for when you are jumped by several druids at once.
